LOVE WILL ALWAYS COST LESS THAN ANY FORM OF APATHY.

But it is hard to not know love
when you see it everywhere you look,
in the sunflowers aspiring for celestial illumination,
in the bees hovering amongst the flowers,
in the slow blinks of saccharine cats,
in the colours of a sunrise,
in the optimism of a sunset, of parting clouds,
in the sea returning to shore,
in a puppy’s softest snore,
in the laughter of crows,
in the darling of foxes and dragonflies,
in the glittering of rivers rushing,
in the light reaching through leaves
to softly caress your upturned face.
